I am the tank. I am the lowest point. Everything flows

I am the tank. I am the lowest point. Everything flows to me. The blood goes round and round, and the liver decides what stays and what goes. What goes to the kidneys. And when the kidneys do with what goes around, drops to me. It comes down to me. She turns and comes down and keep it until it's time. So let me go, so they can turn elsewhere, back in the flow of nutrients and change. I am part of all this, but I'm apart, I am touched by everything, but you do not. I am the recipient, not the content. I offer shortterm storage, without interest, no credit, just in and out, here and gone. No plans, no memory, no desires. I fill. Empty me. Again. And again. I am your bladder. I am your servant. But he can only hold so much. Their rage is running into me. It burns me, irritates me. The fear of life seeps into me. It bothers me, pressed me. Precipitate and settle grievances within me. His suspicious grabs hold of me. That tears at me, shaking me. I do not control gives you control over your life. Trust the process, the delivery to the stream. I am your bladder. It comes down to me. Everything goes round and round, and out of here. HEALTHY BLADDER The bladder is an elastic, muscular, thin rather than storing tissue to the urine, which is produced by the kidneys. Urine travels to the bladder through thin tubes called ureters feet long. The tube from the bladder to the outside is the urethra. In the adult bladder can be at least 1000 ml before exploding. The bladder has an inner layer of protection, the mucus is rich in collagen, an intermediate layer of smooth muscle (the detrusor thrust out muscles), and an outer layer of connective tissue that joins the bladder, ureters and urethra . At the base of the bladder smooth muscles form an internal sphincter that carries urine involuntarily. Below that, the skeletal muscles which are under conscious control are the external urethral sphincter, which gives us an option in the empty time. The average human bladder is emptied every 25 hours during the day. When the bladder is half full, stretch receptors send a pulse to the sacral spinal nerves, which sends a message to the brain, causing the detrusor muscle to contract, the internal sphincter relaxes, and alert our need to go. If we do not empty, the need disappears in a minute, then repeated at intervals. The narrower the tranche, the more frequent messages to let go. Although the bladder of women are somewhat limited in size by the uterus, which lies behind it, there is little difference in capacity, or operation of the bladders of healthy men and women. But the proximity of the bladder to the ovaries and uterus in women and prostate gland in men, give a subtle hint to hormonally mediated bladder problems. Shorter urethra of women (4 cm in front of his 20 cm) makes the bladder infection more common for her, more women than men are incontinent, and prostate problems interfere with bladder function in many men as they age. Bladder There are many problems that can affect the bladder, infections of the retention (can not go) to incontinence (not can not go). If the pelvic floor muscles are weak, urine leakage (stress incontinence), if they were too lax, bladder prolapse into the vagina. With age, the prostate growth can put pressure on the bladder, preventing it from emptying completely and increasing the frequency of urination. And some men have paruresis or shy bladder, while women are more concerned with an overactive bladder or urge incontinence that worries many women also. Exercising the pelvic floor muscles is the best medicine for anyone with these problems. If bacteria move through the anus into the bladder, the result is a urinary tract infection (UTI) or cystitis, which can range from emergency acute and chronic pelvic pain. Bacteria including gonorrhea, chlamydia, Ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma genitalium can inflame the urethra (urethritis) and cause pain. The herbs are very effective in calming the inflammation and clearance of infections of all kinds, but there are medications that may be required. Symptoms of cystitis include frequent urination intense, often with burning pain, pain, incontinence, bloody, cloudy or strongsmelling urine. When treated promptly, the cystitis is not life threatening. If left untreated, however, bacteria may ascend the ureters and kidneys, causing fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, back pain, on the one hand, and eventual kidney damage. Interstitial cystitis is a bladder condition ulceration mimicking cystitis, but worsens or does not respond to treatments that relieve cystitis. Interstitial cystitis may be related to fibromyalgia. And cancer can grow in the bladder or kidneys. STAR bladder Comfrey, an herb that can improve muscle tone of the bladder, ease irritation in the lining of the bladder and ureters, cure all surfaces, antiinflammation, health and building resilience across the urinary bladder system is a real star. That is comfrey Symphytum. I do not use Symphytum officinale, which is often cited, and is associated with overdose of alkaloids in the liver. Instead, I use comfrey in my garden, Upland Symphytum x, also called Russian or blue comfrey. In fact, I've never seen anyone officinale growth, which is a small plant with yellow flowers. I strongly suspect that all comfrey for sale in the U.S. in Upland. The allantoin in comfrey is a great healer of mucosal surfaces, like those lining the bladder and ureters. It gives almost immediate relief to people with interstitial cystitis and works to cope with urge incontinence and overactive bladder. Comfrey relieves antiinflammatory action of urethritis, and inflammation of the prostate, too. The astringent tannins in comfrey help tone and tighten the bladder and pelvic floor muscles, the fight against stress incontinence. Comfrey also relaxes the detrusor muscle. The heavy minerals, vitamins and proteins found in the comfrey enable the entity to participate in the repairs that are needed and can counteract bladder cancer. A sitz bath of the leaves or roots works well for those reluctant to consume comfrey. But for best results, infusion of comfrey leaf, one or two cups a day, gets my vote.
