So today is the big day. Finally went to see the

So today is the big day. Finally went to see the GYN who did my surgery for fibroids and I would be willing to do some tests and tests to see if there is any reason why it should not have been able to get pregnant at any of our previous cycles. For those of you just joining us .... we were with our current clinic since May 2007. During the past 2 years we had two different egg donors. We have always received excellent embryos. The first donor to share and we have 6 eggs and 6 embryos. Neither the couple achieved a pregnancy with this donor. We had our second donor only. We have 20 fertilized eggs of which 14 and end with 9 degrees of grade A embryos. Our new transfer of 3 led to a beta of 21, which was quickly down the FET a month later was a BFN so we've now got three embryos remaining ice waiting for us to be able to do our last cycle. That brings you up if he does not want to read the files. :) So I went to our favorite medical and unexpectedly that stands in the reception area and a) reminds me of the surgery in 2006, and b) that is totally on time! Then she sees me immediately. I hope this augurs well for anything we do with it. Therefore, we review what has been happening for the past three years, in particular, IVF cycles past and wants to do and what you think. She agreed with almost anything I want. So I am booked for pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound, 26 October. We hoped they could have taken me today as I am on CD2 because she wants to have an ultrasound Sonohysterogram if deemed necessary. Since you have to do between CD6 and CD10 that is probably the second week of November, if the technician sees something. After these appointments, I go on track. On the basis of any findinds (or lack thereof) will determine our next steps. Only if he sees a polyp, endometriosis or other fibroid, she has a surgery date booked in April, so there is no additional waiting. I had wondered about fibroid surgery we had done in 2006 and referred to our ER comment back when we began to ask him why he had withdrawn as there could be and reminded me that we had to distort the uterus and it was necessary. Thus, at least I know it was not necessary (that I knew at the time and had forgotten). I was also sent to the lab for blood tests. We discussed a number of things and because I do not know how deep the blood test had been initially drafted an order for all sorts of things: hemoglobinrubellaPrenatal: ABO, Rh, prenatal antibodiesRussell antibodies screenRepeast Viper VenomMTHFRHomocysteineProtein CProtein SAntithrombin IIIAnti DS DNALooking of again in an old post, I do not think the RE is not always all of them, but I never saw the petition, I know we did the anticardiolipin IgA and IgM, which is not on this list. Anyway, that's all I have for now. But at least we are moving in a positive direction. :) Did I mention how much I love this doctor I really hope she is able to help us and we can see a pregnancy. br br
